Gracia and I have been in the same school for 9 years. But for about 7 and a-half years, I didn't really spoke to her when I see her. Probably just a small wave or a smile. I didn't really talk to her when we were in the same class during primary 2 because we had our own friends. HAHAHAHA!!! So yeah, we weren't close to each other at all.

In 2007, Gracia and I were accepted to go to New Zealand with 18 other people. Little did we know we would be so close! On the 12th of November 2007, the 20 of us who were going to New Zealand, met at Changi Airport-ready and excited to be leaving for New Zealand!! Gracia's buddy was Liyana while my buddy was Alicia!!!

When we reached OPC, Mr Lim and Mrs Tham seperated a pair of buddy from each other. So I was in Group 2 along with Gracia, Ducky!, Shalin, Jordan, Ahamd, Robin, Dion, Sharavana and Ezra. For the past nine days, Gracia and I really(x145454151435870034571540) seriously bonded together. We were like bread and butter. Gracia was my buddy and I was her buddy in Group 2. We managed to help each other out and listen to other people's problems together during the trip. Remember the toilet?! HAHAHAHA!!!

I thank God for having Gracia Goh in Group 2! If it wasn't for her, the trip wouldn't be as memorable as it was now. So Gracia, I would like to say Thank You for helping me, teaching me and laughing at stupid jokes with me! I wish you all the best in whatever you do and I hope our friendship will continue to bloom!

Celebrated Ahmad's and Ducky!'s belated birthday during recess on Thursday. We were suppose to celebrate it on Wednesday but Ahmad wasn't in school. HAHAHA!!! IT WAS SO FUNNY! We sang Happy Birthday and Selamat Hari Jadi! LMAO!! You know, when the guys were singing Selamat Hari Jadi, all of us started to laugh!! THEY JUST SANG IT ANYHOW! AHAHAHAHAH!! IT WAS SUPER HILARIOUS LA!

After we sang, the January babies cut the cutecute cake. Desmond cut the cake into 12 pieces and took half of it to slam it on Ahmad's face. Sadly, Dion became the victim! AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA!! DION DID THE DORAEMON FACE and said it looked like liyana! Nevermind liyana, Dion meant that you look cute! LMAO!

School, school, school.

Here's a little something about me that I just found out today!
I cannot, cannot, cannot sit at the third row onwards in class. My mind will just drift awayyyyy~.
For example, during maths, Nicole and I didn't sit at our usual place because we were quite late (Okay la. We were actually not late. It's just that the class comes in early). REALLY! So anyway, Nicole and I sat at the third row and ohmygahd, I swear, I didn't have any idea what Mr Goh was trying to teach us eventhough I try my very best to concentrate in class. It was so annoying! Nicole kept on teaching me the methods and I still didn't understand! I'll just stare at the paper and probably think about something else. Later, Ruben came and taught me and I somehow understand the concepts and stuff. THANKS RUBEN!

Oh crap, POA test tomorrow. pfft.

Who knew that having an NZ gathering during recess and after school could be such a blast?

Hung out with Desmond and Gracia after school while waiting for Dion, Jordan, Alicia, Ahmad and Robin to have lunch together. We talked about some serious matters and some people. We talked to Pei Yen and Bryce for awhile! HAHAHAHA!!!
Desmond, Gracia and I kept on telling Bryce that we are the best NZ group! AHAHAHAH!! It's quite true, just look at the people who went! serioussss. Desmond also sort of gave us our group allocations if we had the right to choose who we wanted in our group! LMAO! Group 2 rocks ya?!

Gracia and I started to take pictures at McDonald's with Desmond's phone when he went back to his house to gave the food he bought for his mom. AHAHAHAHAHAHAH!! Soon, one by one came with other people. We talked and ate and Gracia was getting all 'What's the time?!'. HAHAHAHAH!!!! Then, one by one left! HAHAHAHAH!!!

I am really absolutely positively glad that I went to New Zealand with a bunch of fantastic people that will make your day even if it's a lame joke or some ridiculous action.
They will really cheer you up!

Sorry for not updating my blog, I've been busy with school, drama and so on so forth.

Anyway, I may not be able to blog like how often I used to. I'm getting homework everyday and I need to revise my work. I have half of the ticket for through train, I NEED TO GET THE OTHER HALF. In order to do that, I have to work reallll hard this year!

& it's going to classes next week. hmm.

I'm quite pleased with the class I was in-charge of this year. 1 Joy is such a fun class!The councillors didn't really have a hard time controlling them. Gillian scolded one boy from the class. It's okay! He was kind of rude. I am very proud of 1 Joy eventhough they can be such a pain sometimes.

Mr Paul Lau was 1 Joy's form teacher and he talked to the class during our very last team time. OMG, his speech was soooooooo inspiring! REALLY! He talked about 2 Praise 2007 and said that when we [2 Praise 2007] insult people, we insult together. Which is sooooo true! AHAHAHAHA!!!! All for one, one for all! :D I miss 2Praise'07.

Okay, back to Sec one orientation.

Campfire was alright! :D Our item was okay. LOL! AHAHAHAHA!!!! We did a campfire song. It's called Flea, Fly, Mosquito and everybody was suppose to repeat after us but they couldn't hear us shouting our lungs out. They did the actions though! And THANK YOU NPCC!! AHAH!!

Let's talk about the games we did during the orientation!
The games were fun! I like Grandpa's Candy the mosssst because, because, because I was one of the game masters and I had people cheering for me and doing things that I wanted them to do.
Some of them are such good dancers! Right, Gracia? AHAHAHAHA!!! Some of the groups cheered reallll loud for me! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!

This year's orientation was very emotional and for the first time in my orientation years, it didn't rain during campfire. :D

I am tired..

Today's orientation was much better than yesterday although I was quite disappointed by some of the sec1s but I just tolerated them.

'Hello everybody! My name is Amirah and I am from 3 Hope!'

HAHAHAHA!! Today's the first day of school and it turned out to be okay. I'm in charge of 1 Joy, together with Jeremy, Gillian, Noel, Reuben, Hui Ping, Chastina and (okay, i forgot his name). Sorry! AHAH!!

The class is superr hyper (especially the boys), irritating (especially the boys) and they like to talk back (especially the boys!!). Typical orientation. HAHAHA!!!

OH YES! GUESS WHAT?
I AM IN THE SAME CLASS AS CLARA, NICOLE, GLENDA, GWEN, GLADYS AND JIA LE!! WHEEEEE!!~
It's a through train class but I'm not in through train. Mr Tan says that means the school wants us to work harder and give us another chance. :D

My legs are feeling so sore and I dontknow why.

It's the 1st of Jan and what did I do?
I played Paintball!!
with my relatives. :)

Paintball-ing was soooo fun!! I WANNA PLAY IT AGAIN!! :D

We had 2 groups and my group (Abang Fian, Kak Raida, Kak Nila and ME!!!) won 5 out of 6 rounds. HAHAHAHHAHA!!! I only got hit once and it was right at the neck there. It was quite painful at first but after a while, it felt like normal.

It's very fun! YOU SHOULD PLAY IT TOOOOOOOO!!!

Hahahaha! Anyway, Happy New Year everyone! :D
School starts tomorrow. :(

Tomorrow is 2008! Time flies so fast and I'm so not ready for a new year!

Let's reflect on 2007 shall we.

There are quite a number of firsts for me, this year.

01. It was the first time a boy asked me out/to be his girlfriend.
I won't say his name. But I turned him down-due to some reasons. He actually asked me at a very very wrong time!

02. I passed my math for the first in my secondary life.
This made me feel very happy this year. My parents were very proud of me! HEHEHE.

03. It was the first time I went overseas without my family.
And where's that place you may ask?
NEW ZEALAND, of course!! I made new friends and got to know people better! I had an awesome time there! I still miss those late-night talks, washings, suppose-to-have-a-party-but-didn't and those rushings. HAHAHAHAH!!! To sum it all up, I miss New Zealand truckloads.

Okay, this is all i can think about my firsts and i quote, 'There are quite a number of firsts for me, this year' when there are only three?

I am going to miss a few things during 2007;

01. 2 Praise 2007
We really bonded this year. Everyone could tell that we really bonded. I am going to miss Alastair's disruption to the class, the boys 'oohhhhhh!!!'-ings, the fights and the laughters we had. I will also miss our class cheer!

02. Studying together after school in the library
Definitely miss those times. Especially that incident with the relieve librarian. I WAS ABOUT TO CRY! AHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHHAHHAHH!! I hope we can still have these sessions. It's like a tradition or something. But there might be a chance that all of us can't study together because we are seperated. :(

03. Talking about some people.
HAHAHAHA!! Only some people would know what I'm talking about. HAHAHAH!!

There are some things that I'm looking forward to 2008;

01. Drama Club's Outdoor performance.
I won't be acting, which is quite sad because I've not been acting for so long! I'm doing stage managing which is not a bad thing because I have my New Zealand pals with me! YEAH!

I guess that's the only thing I'm looking forward to? I can't really think of anything else. HEHEHE.

Here are the things I'll try to do my very best for 2008;

01. Not losing my handphone.
I've been losing my handphones since Sec1!! I'll try my very best to keep it safe! :D

02. Improve my math
Yep, this is a MUST for me. I passed my math without having any tutor! When I had a tutor, I will always fail. LOL! Weird right? AHAHAHHAHA!!

03. Improve on EVERYTHING!
'Nuff said.

04. Manage my time well.
I can sense that there will be many things I have to do since I'm a councillor and an exco for Drama Club. pffft. I'm like Raven!! Kidding.

Yep, I guess that it.
I'm going to miss 2007 a lot. It has been filled with fruitful memories. :D

I pierced my ears again today! TERROR HAH! AHAHAHHA!!
No, actually. The asswipe who gunned my ears previously accidentally gunned it too high when I was in Primary 4-if i'm not wrong. I actually didn't really care until this year. HAHAHAHAHAH!! I'm such a loser.

So RIGHT NOW, I have 2 holes on each ear! TERROR SIOOLLLLLL!!! HAHAHAHHAHA!!! Actually, I only wanted to pierce my right ear because of the stupid high hole but the guy said a pair of ears costs about $16 and one ear ALSO costs you $16. So why not pierce both ears right? HEHEHE.

One day, I'll be able to discover that hidden unique-ness and specialty that God has given me.

Just one day.. :D

My sister told me that the first thing in the morning when I just woke up. Then, all of a sudden, I told her that one of the mornings in New Zealand, I gasped when Shalin woke me up for breakfast duty. What in the world right?! I thought we were late but Gracia and Ducky! were still sleeping. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!! Silly me.

I thought I lost it or some worker stole it. WHAHAHAHAHAHHAH!!!!

Not everyone who went for NZ went for the party though. Some wasn't in Singapore and some just had other things planned already.
Only me, Alicia, Victoria, Abigail, Shi Jie, Desmond, Dion and Jordan came. We still had fun though!
Desmond and Shi Jie met us in the evening because they had jobs! Abigail met us in the evening too because she had some bible thing.
Andrew left in the evening because he had a chalet to attend to. LOL! Ducky! didn't come at all. :(

In the afternoon, we played Cheat!, Heart Attack and WHACKO! [wih shalin's friends].
During WHACKO!, Dion calls out for my name by saying;
Ya Ba Da Ba Doo, Amirah to the rescue!!~
AHAHAHHA, and he called me the queen?! UGK. SORRY ANDREW! I didn't mean to hurt you. LOL!

We stopped playing WHACKO! when Desmond and Shi Jie came. Before we ate our dinner, Shi Jie and Dion made up a game.
The first person who laughs has to eat the disgusting french fries (Let's see. Dion and Shi Jie soaked the friench fries in the orange drink. They also put sambal and LOADS OF CUCUMBER [disgusting!])!
AND GUESS WHO WAS THE FIRST PERSON?
ME! Thanks to Desmond, who was sitting next to me, kept on doing his funny faces. PFFT.
SECOND ROUND;
This time, the person(s) who SMILES has to eat the fries which are really, really SOAKED. Disgusting!! And more sambal.
Alicia, Victoria, Wan Yi, Me, Shi Jie, Dion and Jordan had to eat the fries. EEEE!! But only Shi Jie, Dion and Jordan ate it. HAHAHAHAH!! They said it was quite nice because you can only taste the fries and the sambal but not the orange juice.
Whatever la. It's still disgusting!
Shalin's like the champion of the game. LOL!

After we played the game, we started to eat our dinner! LOL, dinner was very funny!

After dinner, I brought out the lollipops that mama bought for the party and ate it. HAHAHAHA!! Had a swing ride with Desmond and Alicia. Desmond told us some jokes. LOL!
Shi Jie joined us after awhile. Desmond and Shi Jie kept on scaring me. PFFT. I gave up and went inside the house and watched Dion and Jordan play cards.






We were quite bored in the house so ALL of us went to the playground and PLAYED!






Some of us climbed this pyramid thingy while some of us played with the swing (and took pictures! :D).




The swing was such a nightmare!
Alicia and I took the swing while Dion and Desmond pushed us. I SWEAR, my heart was beating very fast! Alicia butt was half-off the seat! My hands were SUPER SWEATY and I was about to let go!
OMG, Dion and Desmond will really push you luh! First, they will push you from the back. After some intense pushing, they will pull you from the side!!!
AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Alicia and I were begging them to stop! And they did! HAHAHAHAHAH!

After swinging, we played HIDE AND RUN! WHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAH!!!!

After the game, all of us were hot, wet, sticky and sweaty! UGH and we went back to Shalin's house.






At Shalin's house, we all cooled ourselves and helped her clean her house. I played with Belle through the window after sweeping the floor. LOL!
Belle is sooooo cute!! She's doesn't bark at us like the rest of the dogs near Shalin's house. PFFT.





After cleaning her house, we debated on what shows to watch.
1. Desperate Housewives
2. Friends
3. Prison Break
You know what? We didn't even watch any of it. We just talked about haunted hotels (LMAO!) and watched Miami Ink.














And then..
We all had to go home! :(

THE PARTY WAS FUN! It made me miss NZ even more.
